since 1.12 [set_variable] rand= by default uses the same undeterministic seed that is also used by attacks.

random map generation (generate_map=/generate_scenario=)s seed also changes everytime you generate a new seed.

I haven't gotten around the savegame cleanup and won't in the foreseeable future due to the gui rewrite.

I don't add the key, thus updated the topic.

I'll add the option to regenerate the seed at the load of the start of scenario. I plan to cleanup the savegame format, which makes this FR quite easy, but this isn't fit for 1.4 so postponed until 1.4 is branched.

Some scenarios like randomly generated levels or those with a significant amount of random events before turn 1 shouldn't behave the same at each reload.

If automatic generation of seed is not possible due to MP issues, please provide a way to ditch current and generate new in SP games.
