Should be fixed for 2.2, for 2.1 I am committing Buginator's patch instead.

Well, the 'bad' timings did cause bugs that were not there before, so until we can find the root cause of the issue, this will 'fix' it.

Or you could take the view that the fact that these things happen when you run at so-called 'bad' time factors shows a possible flaw in the internal timers, that may need to be fixed in case it causes further problems at a future date.

The .1 & .2 were never 'official'

Patch #980 fixes everything back to official values, and keeps the option of having the others available in debug mode only.
This is another reason why having 'bad' time compression values screw (some) stuff up.

this happens on both 0.1x and 0.2x but not at 0.5x.

Climbing vehicles stay "rotated upwards" when finished climbing at low game speeds.

Just watch a truck climb at both normal and slow (0.1x) speeds, you'll notice that the "normal" one will rotate back to horizontal when the terrain becomes horizontal. The truck at the slow game speed will stay turned upwards as if it's still climbing though.

PS This applies to both trunk as well as 2.1
