Yes, I have tried cal3d exporter that comes with Blender 2.45. It exports everything, but somewhy UV coordinates are incorrect. I have used the sample application from osgcal (osgcal.sourceforge.net) to view the exported model and its texture doesn't look to be correctly applied.

Attached files "exported_dolphin_from_one_side.png" and "exported_dolphin_from_other_side.png" show what it looks like.

By the way, I have tried Cal3d exporter v10 from svn trunk with version 2.45 of Blender. Maybe the script is not suitable for this version?.

I will be very grateful if you managed to figure out what is wrong with UV coordinates when exporting with the script provided with Blender 2.45.

Hi,

Did you tried the cal3d exporter that are in blender 2.45 ?
I tried with this version and dolphin.xmf and dolphin.xrf are created.

The following messages are printed to Blender console when exporting:

Exception in MeshData - error was: 'Group'
Exception in ExportData - error was: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

When using Blender exporter to Cal3d format from svn trunk, somewhy character mesh and its material is not exported. Besides object gets rotated in Blender after export procedure.

How to reproduce:
1) Open dolphin.blend in Blender.
2) Select dolphin model.
2) Select File -> Export -> Cal3D v10 (blendercal)
3) Press "write" and select destination file.

As a result the following files get created:

dolphin.cfg
dolphin.xsf
Boost.xaf
Fly.xaf
Rotate.xaf
Swim.xaf

Somewhy dolphin.xmf and dolphin.xrf (which describe material and mesh) are not created.

I have tried other simple files to export - they are exported fine.
Please could somebody take a look at this.
