We do forbid cheating on online play, but since the source is open, anyone can re-enable that.

For the mods, yeah, we don't have a good way to handle those at the moment.

Warzone does not verify if all players who start a net play together use the same mods (or no mods). In fact of this, strange things happen during netplay, if one player useses a mod and another not. Some netplayers cheat during online play, generating buildungs via cheat that are not available at that time. It would probably be a good idea to forbid cheating in the online play.
