Well, it's definitely intended to be CB, and it makes sense in terms of balance. I mean, Wide Spectrum Sensor reveals all artillery firing at things within its range, just like CB does. I'll take a look at the code and see what's wrong.

Oh, and, I thought we were moving completely to Trac. We need to discourage posting bugs here more.

I made a online play today and liked to kill the enemy mortars with ripple rocket batteries. Unfortunately, the wide sprectrum sensor towers did not support the cb tower functions. I had to build additional traditional CB towers to get the mortars killed.
