There is the setting confirm_end_turn in the preferences file which you can set to "no" to turn the confirmation questions off.

You could set that only in a wrapper script when you start in debug mode if you don't want it in normal play.

I suppose we could support another possible value (e.g. "debug") for this preference that would work the way you suggested.

I had asked for configurability for this via wml and/or lua and/or a preferences setting.
You can already create a workaround (probably):
Store and unstore-overwrite any on-map unit in a side turn event, decreasing its current moves inbetween, and include the whole thing in a #ifdef DEBUG_MODE clause. This confuses the engine to think you moved that unit. I'm doing the analog thing in lua in SoW and it works there.

When I'm debugging a scenario, the questions, "Are you sure you want to quit/end turn?" come up all the time. The answer is always yes, so I suggest turning them off for users in debug mode.
