Partially fixed in git: saving doesn't align to tile boundaries any more now. But that doesn't fix the roundtrip problem, nor the background shift.

This leads to problems in a number of cases:
- Load/save round-trip will often change the size of the image
- Disabling/enabling background will sometimes cause the background to shift
- Limits the flexibility when cropping exported images

Main (only?) thing that needs to be fixed here is the PNG saving, which does not support saving of partial tiles.
