Uarg! I understand Loic's problem now. Yesterday I triggered a bug that cannot happen on all project I'm member of... because we have canned responses. And the improvement made to canned responses implied some changes in the passed argument... that cause item submission to fail.
So well, the broken thing is mine! Currently going to fix it, sorry for the noise.

The ability to reassign item over trackers is broken: for a given item in the support tracker, if I choose to move it to the bug tracker, I get as error: "Missing parameters".
After some test, the same error seems to appears in any reassignation case; I was not able to find one situation where it works.

Was there any test made on this stuff the last time a commit changed it?
