When setting a maximum number of recruits for a unit type using the AI recruitment aspect with the [limit] tag and 'max' key, the unit type apparently does not get taken off the list of recruitable units once the limit is reached. As a result, the AI might refuse to recruit "lesser units", and no units at all might be recruited.

To reproduce, set up recruitment aspect as given here:
and set 'recruit=Swordsman,Bowman,Peasant' for the side. No units at all will be recruited after the 1 Swordsman and 2 Bowmen. Same if Spearman is added to recruit list, but Pikemen will be recruited if they are added.
