Well, it is mentioned in the notification.

I do not remember why it behaves so while it was not in the past. I agree that's inconvenient.

When changing a theme at the account configuration page and pressing ``Update'' button, the page gets reloaded, but with the old theme. To see the newly selected theme, you need to either refresh the page or load some other.

In case this is browser-specific for some reason (cookies?), I'm using Firefox 1.0.
