Hi Don,

I have fixed this for the next version so a list box with scroll bars is shown instead of the radio buttons. It's not perfect but it's better at least. Thanks for your input!

Here is a screenshot of the dialog box as it is seen on
the right portion of my screen. Changing the system font
or font size doesn't make a difference.

by "cut off" I mean that the dialog box is taller than the
screen so the bottom part isn't visible.

I can't see the OK button so I drag the list with the
alt key pressed.

I gave the reference so you can install the module in
porteus linux . ( Easy to do with a click on module file.)

The easiest way to install Porteus linux is to burn the ISO
to a CD or DVD blank but there are other methods of

What exactly do you mean by "cut off"? Is it that the dialog box is taller than the screen so the bottom part isn't visible on screen, or is the window too small?

I don't understand your referenced forum post, it doesn't seem to mention this problem or the 'unknown file type' dialog at all.

Could you show a screenshot of what it looks like on Porteus and on Puppy linux?

Unknown file type list too long

I compiled for the Porteus linux distribution
and I discovered a strange bug in this version ---->

When saving a recording without an extension, a list
pops on the screen 'Unknown file type'

The OK button is at the bottom of list, however
I found in Porteus distribution (both xfce and kde)
that the bottom of the list was cut off. This forced me to use
the alt key to move the list so that I could see the
OK button.

This never happens in Puppy linux.
