Partly done.

(this indeed only applies to items printouts. We will not spend time to make sure the interface itself, when it is not about listing items, showing content, is cleanly printable - we do not care if someone wants to print the "change password" form).

All forms items should not be shown in the printable version, or not as form but only as text.
I guess it is doable in CSS (by adding hidden content and hiding form or by making sure form item no longer show up as form item but only as plain text.
