Well, this bug is about the "forum posting error" you said you fixed in comment #16, if the monitoring is broken, it deserves another bug report. :P

Do you actually receive follow-up for monitored forums? I never receive the ones for Savannah's news, even if I monitor them.

Where are you fixed in CVS ?

There is the same problem in the lastest release .
Since i make this add , the monitoring seem to work properly .

I had fixed that one in CVS, although I 1) forgot to mention it here and 2) I think the monitoring feature is not working properly.

In fact, I found the bug you encounter in your previous support request.

For this bug, there's no need for now of further testing. I can confirm it happens, we have leads, it's just a matter of getting into that code and fixing it.
