Sorry, City_Vision_Radius_Sq is refreshed in a every turn chenge.

The bug has been fixed at bug #23254.
I tested it both City_Vision_Radius_Sq and City_Radius_Sq.

That's common problem with our effects model - changes to effets requirements do not automatically result in game state changes. IIRC we improved this particular case (city radius) to be checked at least every turn change (it used to be just when city size changed, rendering effect useless for anything else than city size requirement).
It would be good if we at least documented when the effects take effect, though this would be one more document to be maintained when ever there's changes to effects code.

Hi,

I have a building that has the effect of increasing city_radius_sq. Building it increases the city map just as it should. But selling it leaves the city map large. The map then shrinks back later but not when selling the building.
