Big bug fix - the relax execution lock now truly supports nesting.

This fixes bug #20891 (https://gna.org/bugs/?20891) reported by Troels Linnet
(https://gna.org/users/tlinnet). Scripts can now be executed from the GUI.

Note that this is a very dangerous fix. Playing with the relax execution lock often proves fatal,
so this commit may have to be reverted.

The fix for this bug is likely to cause fatal bugs elsewhere in relax. From the commit message:

"Note that this is a very dangerous fix. Playing with the relax execution lock often proves fatal, so this commit may have to be reverted."

Therefore this bug may have to be reopened later.

Technical details: The relax execution lock is not being released by the script user function GUI element.

Hi.

If I have a script file, and use the GUIs:
User functions (n-z) -> script

to run the script, relax will hang forever.

I can run the script, when I initialize the program:
relax -g User_functions_n-z_script.py

But it is not from within.
