The model-free optimisation code now handles minfx returning nothing.

This is due to the fix of bug #21001 (https://gna.org/bugs/?21001) in relax, which is really a fix
for an upstream minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/) bug (bug #21090 at
https://gna.org/bugs/?21090).

This has now been fixed upstream (https://gna.org/bugs/?21090) in minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/).

This is a bug in minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/) together with the multiprocessor code producing a parallelised grid search with some elements containing no grid points, due to the grid search size being smaller than the number of processors.

The dauvergne_protocol.py script crashes for DIFF_MODEL = 'sphere', but succeeds for all other models. The error message has to do with the index being out of bounds when doing a multi-processor grid search. I've attached the relevant files.
rnd2.log : log file with error
relax_rd2.py : same as dauvergne_protocol.py but for my system
info.log : output from relax -i
