This bug (which I should have mentioned in the add-on thread) is either related to or a duplicate of https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?20895

At the point which you reference it was probably already clear that there is an engine bug and how it can be triggered.
Generally, you should first report any bugs triggered by UMC to the respective UMC author, who needs to nail down the cause of the bug, and eventually report it as an engine bug.

I was told once that if it is a crash, it should reported here (as with one bug in BMR), the reason was, that UMC should never crash Wesnoth (as mentioned here http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=31348&p=564028#p562673)

Venca: This bug tracker is for the core Wesnoth project -- we don't generally maintain UMC content. From your backtrace I can see that there might be an engine bug potentially here, but it isn't a very good test case if I have to install LotI and these other things. I certainly wouldn't want to be tricked somehow into debugging some part of LotI :p

Usually bugs that are posted here may include a simple test-case scenario that demonstrates a clear bug in the engine, conflicting with documentation on wiki, and doesn't require developers to install any full-fledged UMC add-on. So you might post in the forums, where the UMC maintainers will check if anything is wrong in their end, and give us a simple test case if not.

To get the crash yourself, just install the addons and load the included save.

When I advance to the second map in Sigurd's Random Campaign, the game crashes.

Required addons (used things in the save):
Random Camapign
LotIMod
Archaic Era

As UMC shouldn't crash, I report it here.
