I've discovered a bug in the latest build(s?) (I'm testing GTK 3.6 and 3.8.9 builds of MyPaint) where trying to edit advanced Brush Dynamics will cause MyPaint to stop responding to pen input. It's technically avoidable, but I edit my brush settings a lot. After messing with brush settings long enough, the pen click can't close the brush settings window.

How to reproduce (it's kind of tricky to reproduce multiple times)

1.) Open the Brush Settings Editor
2.) Select various settings (usually happens when I'm editing opacity: the basic, multiply and linearize settings will do.)
3.) Click the "reset" button on the Brush pressure curve for Opacity. This is how the pen input issue usually occurs, but doing more editing can cause it. Trying to edit the two sliders under the pressure curve will cause unresponsiveness altogether. ("MyPaint has stopped working")
