Hi - does using g++ fix this bug under 1.1.0?

Alternatively, do recent git revisions work with Clang? As I say, the templated portions are different now.

Patches welcome via https://github.com/mypaint/mypaint

I need to know if this bug is still happening with the latest development source. If it is, I will migrate the bug across and get it addressed... somehow.

Hi --

Just FYI, the templatey stuff for compositing modes changed a lot recently, and there may be better code on master. I don't suppose you could re-test with the latest git versions?

The workaround for 1.1.0 may be to use g++, or to maintain a local patch that instantiates all those templates correctly for clang. I'm afraid I don't have an OSX machine I can test on. Anyone able to help out?

Hello, I am the maintainer of MyPaint in the MacPorts package management system. MyPaint used to build for me on OS X, but on OS X 10.9.2 with Xcode 5.1.1 and the corresponding clang compiler version "Apple LLVM version 5.1 (clang-503.0.40) (based on LLVM 3.4svn)" it does not; this is the error:

This was originally reported to the MacPorts project here:
