bug #22044: All clients drop after LoW Battle of the Book cutscene

i tested with no debug in 1.13-dev one client, and after teh cutscene i get teh the mp configure menu which seems to be the intended behaviour when a scenario with allow_new_game=yes comes

I forgot to mention that I was testing with --debug enabled from command line, it's quite possible that it doesn't affect a non-debug playthrough.

In the cutscene scenario immediately after the battle of the book (in which Landar discusses invisibility philter), all clients drop (are kicked?) and go to title screen when scenario ends.

The host also leaves with "the game cannot continue".
