Wed 01 Oct 2014 06:11:40 PM UTC, SVN revision 26651:

Do not initialize advisor and AI ruleset caches when loading ruleset for
manual or for ruledit. It was causing assertion failures due to uninitialized
unit class caches.

Patch read. It is the separate part of the patch mentioned in bug #22347, updated against current trunk.

Attached fix for bug #22347 would also solve this one.

Loading ruleset to freeciv-ruledit spits out a lot of $subject assert failures.

Wanted to test if the other tool loading rulesets but not doing full server initializations - freeciv-manual - would suffer from the same problem, but it was prevented by something that looks like unrelated problem.
