Hi Olleg,

this bug is known already and will be fixed in the next few weeks with Savane 1.0.7.

In the meantime, please try to switch your browser manually to use ISO-8859-5 for those webpages. This should work around the problem for now.

Bug exist in gna.org and savannah.gnu.org. Language is russian. Russian characters are in incorrect charset. Here quote from W3C validator:

The URL you gave me, <http://gna.org/account/first.php>, returned a redirect to <https://gna.org/account/first.php>.
The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (iso-8859-15) is different from the value in the XML declaration (utf-8). I will use the value from the HTTP header (iso-8859-15).

But charset is iso-8859-5 indeed.
