when creating query forms, there are no default, especially not for the rank on output.

The default rank on output should be provided. Or a least, a value, bigger than 0.

Maybe it's ok to keep the form empty, but if one does not fill a value for the rank on output, he may well end up with something quite unorganized, like having "item id" on the middle of the page. So when no value is entered and a field is used, it should probably be filled by default value, or at least with something superior to 0.
