In fact, we could make the cc list show all the addresses including the one by configuration, and not just the additionnal Cc.

Well, what you want is a notification list shown on the submit page, if I correctly understand.

It's not clearly stated in the bug frontend that the submitted bug report will be immediatly forwarded to savane-dev ...

By the way, it would be more "clear" to have a savane-bugs list for this.
