This bug was fixed in branch DEV_2004-09-06_CERN.

The option "Notify persons in the category related list instead of the global list" doesn't work.
If this option is validated, the page is reloaded with the option "Notify persons in the global list only" selected instead of the validated one: "Notify persons in the category related list instead of the global list".
