This occurs when the page is printed twice due to mandatory fields not filled properly.

Backslashes don't get stripped from the submitted form data, at least in the support tracker (https://gna.org/support/?func=detailitem&item_id=804) and probably all others as well. This is a minor bug, but annoying and something a mature piece of software shouldn't suffer from.

(It should be obvious, but I couldn't find this in your bug tracker, so I submit it just in case.)
