Currently, all <input ... /> elements are rendered using the same CSS. Hence text entries (Login: [_____]) and buttons ([Submit]) all look like. You cannot, say, make text entries have white background and buttons have blue background.

And I fail to see how <textarea> has anything to do with this.

On this page, the `Submit' button has generic class `bold'. Therefore, theme has no say on the way how it looks like except for the common styling of <input> elements. And with the standard theme, both text entries and buttons have the same pale-bluish background.

I suggest adding CSS class(es) for form buttons so that theme can render buttons and text entry fields in different ways. There could be either one class (`button' or sth. like that) or two: one for submit-like buttons, and one for the other buttons. However, it seems that Savane doesn't have much/any auxiliary buttons, so one class is probably enough.

If this is approved, I may prepare a patch for the change. Probably after the neareast major release.
