In the pdf style, the table rows run right off the right side of the
page, but the info-pdf wraps the lines. Both styles only print a single
line between the table headers and the table data. I would like to
print the tables with borders around all the cells. I have looked
through the "customize-group" settings, but haven't found any settings
that seem to be relevant to table borders.

How is it possible to turn on table borders for pdf publishing?
