Ok, after discussion, seems that savane should not ignore seemingly invalid address and let the smtp do his job.

For instance, if I type savane-dev, savane would disregard my entry... while mail.gna.org would know how to handle it.

As we allow invalid addresses to be registered in CC, to avoid doing tons of checks and also because it is additionnal and not mandatory, we should at least print a warning for seemlingly invalid email addresses in CC, especially since we do not even mention in the feedback the invalid addresses, that get silently ignored
