We should probably extend this report to include layout guidelines.

Layout guidelines mean how much space should be used between widgets, the margin between window border and the widgets, recurrent layout pattern we should use accross applications etc.

I have increased the priority of this request too.

Can someone track down what those sizes would be or send me a place to look? If so, I can start redesigning Nesedah to work with those dimensions.

yes, I guess the only real widget that would be impacted is NSButton :-)
So simply having a standard height for the button should be enough.

What exactly do you mean by "general size"? Is that the minimum size a button can be resized to in Gorm?
