To reproduce this bug:

1. In a plan page, create a unscheduled test task with multiple plan pages (using planner-multi)
2. Put this task at the bottom of block of task lines. All other tasks in this task block are unscheduled and have the same priority as the newly created task.
3. Use M-x planner-copy-or-move-task to schedule the test task. The date page link will appear as the first link among all the links including the multiple plan page links.
4. Use M-x planner-fix-tasks to reorder the tasks. Since our newly created test task is scheduled, it is supposed to be moved to the top of the task block. But that does not happen. It still sits at the bottom.
5. If you reposition the date page link in the test task to be the last in all its page links, M-x planner-fix-tasks works fine.

I think this is a major bug because I depend on planner-fix-tasks to see what tasks are imminent for my projects.
