bug #9343: home.gna.org pages don't reload after update automatically

After I updated my pages (in SVN repository; py-notify project) they got propagated to the home.gna.org server after some delay, but server didn't report to my browser there was something new. So, I had to press Ctrl+R in Firefox to update the page --- just typing its URI in address bar was not enough.

I'm actually not sure about the cause of this problem. Probably, it is something about HTTP headers.
