Is the bug still happening with latest poker-eval version ?

The source of the problem is in the poker-eval source file include/inlines/eval_low.h. You will find a comment in there saying "TODO -- review and fix code for hands with >5 cards, in particular hands like KK77442, KKK7733, 777KK33, 333KK77, 4444KKK.".

I think what happened is that we originally wrote the code with 5-card lowball in mind (which covers 5-card draw, triple draw, and omaha-8). Then we added razz support and were too lazy to do it correctly.
