Does this still happens with latest version of poker-eval ?

I happened to be looking at the poker-eval package that is part of
fedora-extras and I noticed that the monte carlo macros have a small bug. (I'm not positive the bug exists in the upstream but I assume it does.)

There are statements such as:

_c = RANDOM() % deck##_N_CARDS;

in enumerate.h

This produces a biased result if the the range of random numbers is
not an even multiple of the number of cards.
