This bug tracker will shortly be moving to Github. As part of this process, we are reviewing old bug reports on gna.org.

This bug was marked as "Ready for Test" or "Works for Me" some time ago, but was still classified as Open and no feedback has been submitted since then. I am therefore assuming that the problem has been fixed to everyone's satisfaction (or was't reproducible by anybody else).

If you believe that this bug still affects the most recent git master of MyPaint (and thus the next release), please feel free to open a new issue on
Github about it. Our new issue trackers are:

For some reason, it doesn't happen any more (although I haven't changed anything and it happend reproducibly before).

Is there any way for anyone but admins to change the status of a bug? I can't seem to find an option to close my own bug.

Cannot reproduce here on Xubuntu 12.10 or on Debian testing/Wheezy. Please can you let me known what OS you're seeing the error with?

There are two other places where this wiget it used, in some form: the backgrounds dialog, and the popup brush selector. Can you let me know whether these suffer from the same problem?

The "brushes" window is partly unresponsive when undocked. There is no visible content but the widgets appear to "be there" as in hovering the mouse over it will bring up the tooltips for individual brushes (the tooltips in turn remain as artifacts on the empty area of the brush window) and when clicking the place where the "dock button" would sit, the window docks. When docked, it works normally. When undocked, it becomes unresponsive again.
