Hum, nice catch: arsort() was used instead of krsort() (stupid PHP functions names! :) ).
Which means items where sorted... according each <div> line. So there things were sorted, but the logic was quite unable for a human to catch by looking at the page.

Side effect: since the value of the array is html div lines, no doubt sorting this took way more time than simply sorting by the key.
