When upgrading an old database on a freshly installed system (1.4) in my case. There are a few dependencies on Savannah.pm (which got renamed to Savane.pm).

Maybe symlinking in the postinstall-script of savane-update vrom Savane.pm to Savannah.pm would be a solution
