We may provide PHP and MySQL in the future, as soon as we evaluated how much it would cost us in hardware resources, and only if this cost is low enough.

In the meantime, you should not count on it.

However, it is possible to use Apache Server Side Includes (SSI). Read Apache documentation to know how to use this. Note that all executable files (you must give to the file the executable bit before uploading it to the CVS) or files with the suffix .shtml will benefit of SSI.
