If all Gna! machines are down, we will update http://emergency.gna.org explaining the nature and severity of the problem and mentioning when everything should be back to normal.

http://emergency.gna.org is not hosted on the same network that Gna! servers but is a courtesy of http://www.jexiste.fr , so it should be up even if a big network issue put Gna! servers off the net.
