Savane project availability

I'm glad to announce that the project Savane is up and almost
available at:

http://gna.org/projects/savane

The CERN development branch has been merged with the CVS HEAD.

Next step for Savane:
- bugfixes
- packaging

After that, the first release of Savane will be made and I'll do an
RFP on Debian.

Then, further development on branches will go on.
