Release of Advene 0.24

The new version of the Advene software has been released. Version 0.24
corrects some bugs and introduces some convience features such as
autocompletion in annotation edition windows, workspace customization,
auto-saving... Mac OS X users can now more easily test the application,
available as a .dmg image.
