Services Availability: mailing-list deliveries blocked from the 18th morning to the 19th morning.

The cron daemon of the mail server died/stopped for a currently
unknown reason, circa Wed Mar 17 23:00 GMT+1. As result, mailing-list
deliveries were stopped until we notice the problem, this morning, Fri
Mar 19 10:00 GMT+1.
No mail has been lost.

Since then, the unknown reason has been found and fixed in Debian.
