Version 0.0.1 released!!

TressetteNetwork version 0.0.1 was born!
The windows installer script has been improved with new options, while in the game:

- Support for tsnet4:// URIs on Windows
- No more 100% CPU usage by the game -- only 10-13%
- Support for fullscreen (tested only on Linux)
- Added support for Escape key to quit the game
- Better graphics in every menu

This is a major release, so there is also an installer with python included (21M), together with the usual -no-python one.
