Bmrblib version 1.0.0 0 - the initial release.
Item posted by Edward d Auvergne <bugman> on Tue 12 Jun 2012 09:41:50 AM UTC.
This is the first official release of the bmrblib library. Its main features are the full support for the deposition and the reading of NMR-STAR formatted BMRB files for relaxation data and model-free analysis results. All data relating to a model-free analysis is supported. This includes the following v3.1 saveframes: citations, entity, method, software, chem_shift_anisotropy, auto_relaxation, heteronucl_NOEs, spectrometer, experiment_list, order_parameters, and tensor. When coupled with the program relax (http://www.nmr-relax.com), this allows all internal relax model-free data to be converted to NMR-STAR format and then back again without data loss.
The new bmrblib versions can be downloaded from http://download.gna.org/bmrblib/.
