Version 0.2.1 released !

The version 0.2.1 has been relased, just one day after 0.2.0. It features a fully functionnal build toolbar button. The current selection is used to determine the doxyfile to build (like a doxyfile selected in the resource browser). A build history allows you to relaunch latest doxyfiles. See the change log and manual for details.
