New motion control board

Our new motion control board has gone to the manufacturing, we will receive it soon.
Congratulation to Bruno our HardWare guy who has designed this board.
Feature of the board:
- Three HP HCTL1100 individually controlable
- DC motor (PWM) and/or Step motor command
- ISA/PC104 interface
- angular position measure (for testing purpose).

This board will be tested this summer with the new wizmotion package (khctl driver, libwizhctl, wizhctl daemon, libwizmotion and wizmotion daemon).

Hope there will be a release of wizmotion this summer (for now, the code is only available from CVS).
