Article: reporting a bug, asking for help

There are few basic rules that will help projects members to handle your request:
- Be logged in. So there is a way to contact you back. If you cannot create an account, mention at least your email within your report. Otherwise, you will not know why your report got closed.
- Be sure you post your item on the appropriate project. On each page related to a specific group the name of the group is within the title. If you want to report a bug about Underware, the Administration support tracker is not the appropriate one.
- Include demonstrations of your problem. Something does not work right? Copy and paste text output showing it (try the software verbose mode), or take screenshots.
- Be specific. Mention what software you use exactly.
Following these rules will ease the work of project members. As result, your report will be carried out faster.
