Released the first beta version

Today has been release the first beta version of gtkPacman. The features currently are:
1)Shows package infos (name, version, collection, dependencies, description)
2)Support for every pacman action
3)Preferences support (thanks to ConfigParser).
Please, test it and let developer know if you find any bug.
