Announce: the Savane user guide

The current User Docs, the FAQ, deals with frequent issues at Gna!. For a deeper understanding of how Savane, the hosting system used by Gna!, works, to know more about the functionalities you have access to through it's web interface, we recommend you to read the Savane User Guide provided by the Savane Documentation Project.
