eclox 0.4.3 released

This release brings very little changes:
- a new handy user interface for boolean settings in the editor
- a debuged doxyfile selection dialog box
- a new link to doxygen's manual in the eclox guide (in eclise help system)
You can update using either:
- the update site <http://download.gna.org/eclox/update/>
- the binary package <http://download.gna.org/eclox/packages/eclox_0.4.3.zip>
